Everything was just as described and better. Perfect location, clean condo, comfortable beds. Great pool and Gulf view was amazing. I would definitely book again, Lisa was so excellent to work with. Was sad to say goodbye and come to the realization that I didn't live there!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was everything we wanted. Great layout of condo and owner/mgmt made sure we had all the essentials we needed. Would book again! Thank you.

Was very excited that it was everything I had been waiting for. I dont need top of the line, but this was it to me. View was awesome; if not better than the pics. Kitchen, rooms, furniture; everything you need and very nice. Had extras to get you started and we just replaced at the end. I wasnt sure if there would be chairs. The whole condo had access to all the loungers and chairs on the beach. In the unit, it also had a couple of umbrellas ( and I added one more; can never have enough) Sand toys if you have kids. Vacuum to sweep up if any extra sand trailing. Really appreciated the cooler too!! Everything was perfect. Hope to rent it again very soon! It really is 2 min. to the beach. Maybe 4 min across the street to Captain Curts and there is also a small grocery too!

This condo was perfect for us! Fantastic location right on the beach! condon was quiet and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed and more! You can't beat the location.. near great shops, groceries and restaurants! Hope to return!

Perfect spot for the family, plenty of things to do in walking distance. Air malfunctioned but manager got repairman on it and had it fixed swiftly. Will definitely try to rent this exact same unit in the future.

This was our first visit to Siesta Key and it won't be our last. We really enjoyed the beach and this location.

Loved being able to sit and see beach and ocean. The location was great as you could walk to restaurants and shops.

We thoroughly enjoy the condo on Siesta Key!! Easy access to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shops, and a quick ride to the village for a little bit of everything!

Very nice condo. . . Appreciated extras, like toilet tissue, paper towels etc.. we were able to enjoy before having to go straight to the store. Definitely will go back!

Good communication

The unit is in a prime location with an amazing view of the gulf. Check in and check out were both very easy. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was greatly appreciated. We can’t say enough about the resort property with the beach access and large, clean pool. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Siesta Breakers. It was a much needed time for my wife and family to unwind, relax, and get re-charged. Enjoyed several beautiful sunsets, lots of seafood, and walks on the beach. Will look to come back to Siesta again in the future!

The condo was very nice and even better than the pictures represented it! Check in and check it was very easy. The location couldn’t have been better and the back was beautiful! Having a gated property was a bonus.

We have been to Siesta Key many times & this is by far the nicest property we have rented. Wonderful stay!

We decided to renew our vows in Siesta Key and selected this property for the view from the condo. We loved the large sliding doors and kept them open so we could see and hear the ocean whenever we were inside. We loved the location at the quiet end of Siesta Key, and the proximity to restaurants, shopping, a fresh seafood market and ice cream shops. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets, and the cooler and beach umbrella really came in handy. The master bed was comfy and the double sinks were a nice bonus. I also love the in-unit washer and dryer, which are hard to find in many condo rentals. We will be returning soon.

Wow! This host was wonderful! Loved the property! The beach was private and nice! You had the option to rent chairs and umbrellas or use theirs. I loved having those chairs so when we went to other beaches we had somewhere to sit! The pool being heated was wonderful. We enjoyed the lit tennis courts in the evening as a family! The area was great. I appreciated the closet of chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards (we added two more boards to the awesome collection). Having that cooler with ice packs was awesome as we would pack food and drinks and leave for the day! I love having a washer and dryer as then can pack less! Great place, and I would consider returning to this condo! Thank you for hosting us! It was a wonderful week!
